At Tru°North, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality digital products, physical goods, and creative services. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and our responsibilities under current UK and EU law.

🔹 Digital Products (e.g., presets, downloads, digital files)

Due to the non-tangible and irrevocable nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a digital product from Tru°North, you agree to waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as the download is delivered immediately upon purchase.

Refunds or returns will only be considered if:

  • The product is faulty, corrupted, or not as described

  • You have not yet accessed or downloaded the product

🔹 Physical Products (e.g., prints, merchandise)

We aim to deliver high-quality physical items with care. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving it

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised prints

  • Change-of-mind purchases

🔹 Services (e.g., workshops, bookings, consultations)

For services such as photography workshops, 1:1 sessions, or creative consultations, the following policy applies:

Cancellations:

  • You may cancel up to 7 days in advance for a full refund

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event or session are non-refundable, but we may offer a reschedule at our discretion

  • No-shows are non-refundable

Rescheduling:

  • We are happy to reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability

Event cancellation by Tru°North:

  • If we cancel or reschedule an event or session for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a new date
