At Tru°North, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality digital products, physical goods, and creative services. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and our responsibilities under current UK and EU law.
🔹 Digital Products (e.g., presets, downloads, digital files)
Due to the non-tangible and irrevocable nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a digital product from Tru°North, you agree to waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as the download is delivered immediately upon purchase.
Refunds or returns will only be considered if:
The product is faulty, corrupted, or not as described
You have not yet accessed or downloaded the product

🔹 Physical Products (e.g., prints, merchandise)
We aim to deliver high-quality physical items with care. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving it
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty
We do not accept returns for:
Custom or personalised prints
Change-of-mind purchases
🔹 Services (e.g., workshops, bookings, consultations)
For services such as photography workshops, 1:1 sessions, or creative consultations, the following policy applies:
Cancellations:
You may cancel up to 7 days in advance for a full refund
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event or session are non-refundable, but we may offer a reschedule at our discretion
No-shows are non-refundable
Rescheduling:
We are happy to reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability
Event cancellation by Tru°North:
If we cancel or reschedule an event or session for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a new date
