Under UK and EU consumer protection law, digital content is non-refundable once the download or access has begun, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
By purchasing a digital product from Tru°North, you agree to waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, as delivery is immediate and irrevocable.
